Yes. APPACS provides complete OEM and ODM customization services, including custom cable length, connector customization, logo printing, packaging design, custom colors and materials, retail packaging and private label solutions.
4. What is your MOQ for custom orders?
MOQ depends on the product type and customization requirements. For standard OEM orders, the MOQ usually starts from 500-3000 pcs. Please contact us for detailed MOQ information.
5. Can I add my logo on the cables and packaging?
Yes. We support logo printing on cables, connectors, packaging boxes, user manuals, and labels for private-label projects.
6. Do you offer samples before mass production?
Yes. Sample orders are available before bulk production to help customers verify product quality, charging performance, materials, and packaging details.
7. What certifications do your products have?
Our products can support certifications such as CE, RoHS, FCC, REACH, USB-IF and MFi for selected Lightning cable projects. Certification availability depends on the product model and project requirements.
8. What fast charging standards do your cables support?

9. Can you customize cable specifications?
Yes. APPACS can customize cable length, current and wattage, cable material, connector type, data transfer speed, packaging style, color and branding.
10. What materials are available for your charging cables?
We provide different cable materials including PVC, TPE, braided nylon, silicone, aluminum alloy shell and zinc alloy shell.
11. How do you control product quality?
We have strict quality control processes covering incoming material inspection, charging performance testing, data transmission testing, plug and pull testing, bending durability testing, aging tests and final product inspection.
12. What is your production lead time?
Normally, samples take 3-7 days and mass production takes 15-30 days. Lead time depends on order quantity and customization complexity.
13. Which countries do you export to?
Our products are exported to the USA, Europe, Middle East, Southeast Asia, South America and Africa. We work with importers, wholesalers, retailers and e-commerce brands worldwide.
14. Can you help with custom packaging design?
Yes. We can assist with retail packaging, barcode labels, user manuals, product stickers, carton design and brand packaging solutions.
15. What payment methods do you accept?
We usually accept T/T, Alibaba Trade Assurance, PayPal for sample orders and L/C for selected projects.
